Webhook data retention
Webhook logs are retained according to the subscription plan associated with the account and are removed after the applicable retention period.

What deletion includes
Removing a webhook log also removes records that depend on that log, such as validation and replay records, according to the service data model. Expired public share access no longer exposes the selected event.
Plan changes
Before changing plans, export or otherwise preserve any records your organization must retain outside Hookmetry. Do not use Hookmetry retention as the only copy of a business-critical event.
Operational guidance
- Keep the provider event record and application audit trail required by your own policy.
- Use synthetic events when long-lived production payload storage is unnecessary.
- Contact support before purchase if your retention requirement depends on contract terms.
