Hookmetry provides webhook telemetry, debugging, and replay functionality as a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our sole discretion.
The Service offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and quotas:
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payments may be processed through authorized payment partners, including LemonSqueezy and, where enabled, PhonePe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or under our published Refund Policy. You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees.
Each plan has specified daily request quotas. Exceeding these quotas will result in requests being rejected until the quota resets. Rate limiting of 10 requests per minute per IP address applies to all plans.
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Webhook payloads, headers, and metadata sent to your endpoints are stored according to your plan's retention period. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to send this data to our Service.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
Webhook logs are automatically deleted after the retention period specified in your plan. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hookmetry and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to the webhook data you send to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this data as necessary to provide the Service.
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
IN NO EVENT SHALL HOOKMETRY OR GAUTAM GOVIND (SOLE PROPRIETOR), INCLUDING ITS SERVICE PARTNERS OR SUPPLIERS, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hookmetry and Gautam Govind (Sole Proprietor) from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property rights.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts in Vaishali, Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
